Delete your account and data
You can delete your Practice Bean account and everything linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what gets deleted.
Delete it in the app
The quickest way, and it takes effect straight away:
- Open Practice Bean and go to the Account tab
- Tap Edit Profile
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile — display name and profile photo
- Your whole visit log — every rating, note and date
- Your friendships and friend requests (your friends will no longer see your log)
- The notification tokens for your devices
This can't be undone. Copies may remain in our hosting provider's routine backups for a short time before they're overwritten. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can't get into the app?
Email us from the address linked to your Practice Bean account and we'll delete it for you. The button below fills in the subject line.
We'll reply to confirm, and your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll get a final email once it's done.
